Pros

Good work life balance in the company

Cons

It seems difficult to get a significant higher pay when going up a level. Wasn't a huge difference.

Pros

Great benefits with lots of people to learn from. It's also very easy to move around and management is generally very encouraging of employees using their time to help on other projects not directly relating to job role assuming they can complete their primary responsibilities. There are many interesting and engaging problems to solve.

Cons

In my group in particular, management has implemented a number of policies that make it difficult for to work easily with our customers and stakeholders. You also may spend half your time navigating unnecessary processes and procedures that have nothing to do with the end result of a project which can be frustrating. This may simply just be the nature of working in such a large company though.
