Cons

Sometimes things goes slow and are segmented. As a designer on a program, you will have very specific parts under your ownership with a ton of requirements and restrictions- not necessary a con to some people, but good to know.

Horrible management. Low Pay for long hours. Critically understaffed. Low raises, title only promotions. Not much leadership managers just manages schedules and just need your dates to be met. No growth. Sometimes work is not that challenging it can be done by high school students. Salary raises are pretty much set because of the Union average about 3 to 4% each year

Everyone there is miserable, treated like less than a number, mentally draining (reminds me of high school), let me just say this, this place made me miserable everyday, slow work and when there was work, you never went home. Shift changes are basically impossible with how long the lists are, I was stuck on second shift and never got to see family, when I went to work they went to bed ect. (I picked first shift btw) the bosses manipulate their workers and everyone is a snake. Have fun!
