Great people, experts in the industry on both commercial and defense. It's amazing to have access to this knowledge. Mature process and systems for nearly every scenario.

Cons

CEO and executive board for years have been awful. Many have just pushed for stock price at all costs. Drove away talented employees with furloughs and threats of layoffs.
