Cons

Has made a large shift to butts-in-seats mentality and many extremely risky business decisions that have forced several rounds of layoffs and general discontent.

Very friendly group of people to work with. Very interesting products. Opportunities for travel. Everyone and all ideas are respected no matter what group you work in.

Cons

It's a smaller company so there are not as many perks in the office like Starbucks coffee or other little things provided for you
