My co-workers were great. As was immediate supervisors.

Cons

Anybody above your immediate supervisor did not care about you. Every morning in a meeting they would give you the same corporate spiel. Nothing would ever change even though they said things were going to change. It's only smoke screen.

People you work with are freaking awesome.

Cons

Inside staff is treated tremendously better than operation. Expected to stay late to get job done while inside drinks beer before 5. Large work loads and only way to movr up is years of service not hard work.
