Pros

None as of date and would give negative stars it possible. Honestly stay away unless you like being verbally abused, cussed out, or threatened with your job for a mistake when you were not even trained for that job. (yes watched this happen)

Cons

Company lied during take over. #1 said they would keep current workforce then remover over 170 people in 1 day. #2 promised raises to be competitive with local businesses but then said they are not going to do this and will maybe give raises in October. meanwhile a friend just hired in at a local dollar store and is making 15$ a hour while they are starting people at 14.25 to pull wood in a open warehouse and cant figure out why their turn over rate is so high. People are walking out as fast maybe even faster than they can hire them. #3 did away with seniority for employees. #4 there was a shooting in the parking lot, this happens when you hire so many people that you get a reputation and have to scrape the bottom of the bucket in applications. #5 poor management, clear favoritism to female workers in certain departments. lots of times when walking by these departments you can catch the superintendents either giving "hands-on" training or just blatantly staring. the maintenance superintendant treats people like animals. if you ask any maintenance personnel why they quit the number 1 responce with all of them will be the superintendent. now we ha e a shop full of maintenance people that cant weld, use a cutting torch, or have the proper knowledge to repair anything. Most of the call catchers are looking for other jobs already. #6 no parts to repair machines and still get chewed out for not finding a way around it or being forced to bandaid it. #7 demand production with 0 incentive. On top of being under paid and overworked they demand production to be where it was before shutdown after they remover the incentive program. No kidding what did they think was going to happen. way to many more to list and some that are alot worse than what was mentioned because the review would be taken down. Oh and did I mention that you now have to earn your vacation? it is no longer based on the years you worked. in 1 month I earned 2 days.... I have a friend that was suposto be getting 5 weeks this year but not only has he lost the incentives to work hard he lost his vacation, and bonuses for safety and everything else. just in incentive losses he lost lots of money this year and they only had control for half a year! oh and a writeup now last 6 months vs the 3 it use to. PEOPLE BEWARE OF THE 5* REVIEWS LOOK AT THEIR POSITION. ANYONE ABOVE HOURLY IS PAID WELL. IF YOU HIRE IN AS HOURLY YOU WILL BE TREATED WORSE THAN MOST ANIMALS AND PAID ABOUT THE SAME. GO TO A BURGER JOINT OR SOME OTHER PLACE THAT WILL PAY YOU 15 A HOUR. THIS PLACE IS NOT IT!
