If your potential parallels that of your ambition then Boise Cascade will see them both to fruition.

Cons

To exhibit true integrity is to defines one's character from a relative view point that generally leave much to be desired, yet highly sought after. And, while I do admit that opportunity lies within the individual failures of being able to exude this defining feature at every turn, I too can acknowledge the continuous effort put forth to ensure the highest levels of success are obtained.

My co-workers were great. As was immediate supervisors.

Cons

Anybody above your immediate supervisor did not care about you. Every morning in a meeting they would give you the same corporate spiel. Nothing would ever change even though they said things were going to change. It's only smoke screen.
