Good salary and benefits, has ok PTO policy for salaried employees

Cons

The stucture of the company has terrible interdepartmental communication, including people hiding information from their coworkers. Hard to move up, the company especially corporate is very cliquey making it difficult to move anywhere. Required 10-12 hour days for salaried up to 6 days a week. The same goes for hourly as well. People are exhausted from working all the time but if you try to pull safety card because of long hours it gets shrugged off.

They run the buddy system in Orlando, FL branch. Managers protect their favorite employees even when they are wrong. You say anything, the entire company know what you said in just minutes. Total miscommunication, one person one thing and another one comes and says otherwise. Definitely very poor job environment. Low pay and not enough hours.
