Pros

Benefits are pretty good...The company well known good pay for the area. They have a couple good supervisors that actually care.

Cons

Although the money is good be prepared to deal with alot of work can't plane ahead because work can become life and sometime it slows down. Alot of favoritism. Somethings HR pick and choose to deal with others they don't. If you aren't a favorite you won't get the opportunity to learn which also brings the money. Turnover rate is horrible there's a few long timers and even they're beginning to shell out of that place. Also depending on department or which end of the mill you may or may not have a set schedule

Pros

Very professional work environment. Excellent resources available as needed. Great benefit package overall. Potential for advancement without relocating. Genuine management that takes interest in their people.

Cons

Minimal training and support for off shifts. Difficulty to communicate company vision, goals, expectations etc. High volume of schedule changes for low level salary and hourly employees.

Pros

Leadership is accessible and down-to-earth. One of the few places I've worked that says they have an open door policy and actually do! It's a friendly, respectful, team -oriented environment - I found it very easy to assimilate into the culture not only at my location, but at others I've visited. The role is interesting, challenging and I have the tools and autonomy to do my job.
