Pros

Decent pay, great benefits. Continuous steady employment at the plywood mill.

Cons

at times, production volume was more important than production quality. Because of the union contract, there was a parent/child atmosphere between management / workers. Very odd, not necessarily a team working environment.

Pros

The company team is pretty nice

Cons

No running water, working bathrooms, air, or heat. OSHA needs to come in and write these people up. Substandard working conditions of a 3rd world country. It's an unsafe work environment that hires anybody. They need to upgrade their equipment and facility.
