Pros

Company provides great benefits for employees.

Cons

BCC is a good company. The job I have now has very little contact with other people so it makes it difficult to get enthusiastic about going to work every day.

Pros

Very information experience at Boise Cascade. They help you learn a lot by spending one on one time with you. They give you real work to do instead of copying papers ect.

Cons

I really have nothing bad to say about my experience.

Pros

Always things to do to stay busy. Guaranteed 40+ hours per week. The pay is somewhat decent for Grand Junction.

Cons

The favoritism towards certain employees. 2nd shift ends when job is done, could be there till late hours of night. Hard to make plans with family. Suppose to be wholesale, but mostly retail. A lot of truck loads are pieces (or one piece at a time), instead of bulk. Makes loading take hours then get questioned why it takes so long.
