      Incompetence, Nepotism and Free Swag!

      – Free swag! They love to give out swag, like pride themselves on it. – Remote culture which seems to work very well. – Pays employees decently.

      Cons

      – Incompetence when it comes getting pay checks out on time. – Made the majority of employees pay back taxes in the range of thousands of dollars since they failed to properly set up Paycor. - Had employees personal info like phone numbers leaked which resulted in employees company wide getting scam text messages from someone posing as one of the founders. – Culture runs on nepotism, undermining each other within and between teams, a culture of blatant favoritism. – Employees have a shelf life of about 18 months, case in point look at the rash of VPs that have left this place during the second half of 2022.
