-Nice Projects -Safety will be talked about daily -Did I mention how many hours we had from a lost time accident -Top heavy, lots of bosses -Free hard hats!

Oscar Boldt is the only good thing

Cons

Poor management, the company pretends to be such a great place to work but really there is a select group of individuals that are favored by management if you are not one of those people you get treated like crap. You work a ton of hours with little to no reward. The company is going downhill fast.
