      Pros

      Acknowledged fir the hard work and sacrifice you put in. Positive attitudes. Work for people that truly care. The paychecks always cash! But mainly the best pro is definitely the good supportive folks you work with.

      Cons

      Long hours and holidays have to work a lot.
