Boldt has integrity and strives to always do the right thing, which is rare to find anymore. If you are driven and work hard, you will be rewarded. They are fair in their pay and benefits as well as flexible with work schedules when things come up.

Cons

Transitions in progress are challenging, however there are a lot of opportunities to grow and change for the better.
