      Pros

      Decent flexibility. Also, if you're a "do the minimum" kind of person, you can definitely do that here and make it a long time.

      Cons

      Toxic people in leadership roles by default of being with the company for 20+ years; only know Boldt, not willing to listen to other people that have come from other, more established companies. Not willing to part ways with toxic leaders or hold people accountable.
