The executives of this company care about you and your opinions. Boldt provides decent healthcare, minimum of two weeks vacation (starting out), career pathing, wellness coaching, and much more.

Cons

Poor work-life balance. The company is getting larger yet they haven't increased in staff making many overworked.

Boldt values their employees and treats them accordingly. The leadership team is committed to continuous improvement and building value through employee growth and meeting clients needs - the culture is not just to make money. The atmosphere is very collaborative and the management are accessible and willing to listen. The company recently became an employee owned stock partnership which is an incredible opportunity for young people looking to start a career.
