Pros
Flexible work environment, very generous benefits and accommodations, and leadership that promotes ethical and service oriented business practices. I have yet to visit a jobsite and find a person who has not been incredibly welcoming and friendly -- a relative rarity for an office worker visiting a construction job site. They are continually growing their business footprint into new / emerging markets and promote innovation and ingenuity in going about the work that we do everyday. All in all, a great company to be a part of.
Cons
The Appleton, WI office needs a lot of work... you would never think that this building was the company's corporate headquarters. Additionally, it is becoming more and more evident to me that each office (Central, Western, Southern, and Northern) all operate quite independently -- developing company standards would be a great benefit to improving practices and outlining expectations for all Boldt projects.
