-Always looking for new work projects and growth . -There area more then 15 locations to support or work from. -Well known name in the industry. -If you want to do it, there is a manager who wants to give you a shot. -Most senior staff have spent time working in the trenches at one time -Lots of growth with old guard retiring and new leadership emerging.

Cons

-Older company so the wheels of progress can turn slow sometimes.
