Good company to work for if you don’t mind the bureaucratic wait to do business.
Pros
Currently, in 2009 beginning of 2010, the business is going forward and back ward since major contract, that was supposed to be sign last year, never show up. The management try to keep the best employers but strange decision we’re made. But soon major contract should come in this industry (High speed train) and the job will boom in this company. Good benefits, you done your time and you good home, since it's a multinational company there is opportunities around the world.
Cons
Overtime is not pay, bonus rarely show up, since there is no factory in Montreal and if you need to see and work on the product you will need to travel a lot. It seems there is no link between what was bided and what we are building: The customer asks for everything and management says yes instead of looking at the contract. This put a lot of pressure on the operation people and most of the projects are late.
