The pay and benifits are great.

Cons

For some reason this company has an ability to put the worst kind of people in power. This company can't seem to take the word of its employees when they constantly bring up complaints about Supervisors and managers that go to far. Keep in mind this company is a all about buddy buddy. If your not in the friend group no matter how good you are or how long you've worked for the company you will never become a lead or supervisor.
