The benefits would have been good I guess

- this company is incapable of onboarding anyone from outside - the core of the company is employees who have been there 15+ years and they seem to regard newcomers as "competition", so you never get the information you need from anyone - you are expected to pop in and immediately know processes that are often 15-20 years old, and coworkers are no help - I found out parts of my job from contractors who worked for outside companies! - update: they also screwed up my last pay, and everyone's off until January 5th so the situation will not get resolved until later.
