Pros
The only reason I remained working here for as long as I did is because I genuinely loved my team. Everyone is passionate, helpful, and great people to work alongside. Coffee shop at the Cincinnati Home Office is the only other thing that brought my joy while working here.
Cons
Everything besides my team was negative in my experience. Typical corporate environment where you are micromanaged to the ground, underpaid and overworked, benefits got continuously taken away. Lack of communication between upper level leadership and middle management. We used to have bi-annual day-long retreats with our team but those ended once the merger occurred. There is not any room for growth on the CarePATH/ConnectCare teams and the management is totally inept.
