Pros

Benefits programs help the employees to become more healthy. Including Mercy Healthplex facilities. Salary could be better but is definitely better than most. This company cares about the health and happiness of their employees. Company keeps employees thoroughly informed. Advanced technology in most area with hands on IT support.

Cons

There are many people who do not care about the work they do. It is just a job to them and because a body is better than no body, company leaders to not terminate people who do a consistently poor job. Those people are a blight on the organization overall ratings, productivity and trust scale with the community. Please pay your workers more fair wages. If you expect someone to do the work of a manager, they should have the title, pay or both.
