      -Strong network of nurse leaders and educators. -Organization leverages talent versus letting them go elsewhere. -leadership staff struggle with a disconnect between ministry objectives and the market level decision making. -A more progressive management approach than what you find in most hospitals. -innovation is well received -TONS of opportunity for vertical and lateral movement with an emphasis on best fit for the employer AND the employee.

      -leadership staff struggle with a disconnect between ministry objectives and the market level decision making. -Nursing shortages have made professional development and leadership empowerment at the market level a “back burner” issue. This lack of growth creates stagnation. This is improving. - Lack of diversity in leadership. -Bias is apparent and observable. -because they leadership doesn’t resemble the staff, they struggle to empathize with them.
