This company has become a shell of itself over the 6 years I have worked here. Management cares nothing for the employee only meeting budget for their bonuses. The company is unprofessional at the top which shows in how management conducts itself. I would not recommend. This company just sold off all extended living facilities without so much as a word to anyone which has put many of us in a disastrous situation. We are nothing more than a body to meet required guidelines and help produce profit at low wages. It's taken me 6 years to make 4$ more an hour than I did with 1 less degree, which they require you to obtain with in 5 years.

doc's are not dependable, make a lot of bad decisions..., benefits are horrible
