Pros

Typical corporate environment and 9am-5pm job. The benefit package is fair comparing to other competitor company. Nothing special or extraordinary. Accounting department is well establish and organize so you will have good work life balance.

Poor upper level communication.

My practice manager is who is keeping me here. Without her, I'd run the other way. The providers are great and they make work enjoyable but we don't see them much. I think the company has the right intentions just door executions.

Cons

I was shocked at how low my pay rate was, and even more shocked at how horrible the benefits were. As a health system, the assumption would be that they would offer at least decent health benefits. I honestly can't believe my health benefits are so horrible. Providers don't feel supported or cared about so people are leaving. I've seen 3 providers leave and 2 threaten to leave within 4 months.
