      Pros

      Being able to positively impact peoples' lives every single day. Great culture and friendly people at the home office in Bond Hill. New building/technology and wonderful cafeteria staff and food.

      Seems like lower pay compared to competitors in the area.

      Pros

      BSMH is a great place to work. The onsite office is beautiful and well-equipped with amenities such as a Singing Space, Somnus (sleeping area), Game Station, and unlimited coffee, which create a comfortable and enjoyable work environment. The staff and leaders are polite, supportive, and approachable, fostering a positive workplace culture. BSMH also has a noble mission and strong in-house support systems that help employees grow and achieve their career goals. Additionally, the benefits are competitive and, if not ahead of, other companies in the Philippines. Overall, it is an excellent organization to be part of.
