Does not use epic - management does not have occ health experience, works remotely most of the time, responds to email/phone - no policies - likely going to merge with urgent care as buisiness is rebuilding, poor financial outlook - unclear communication with companies - expected to cover clinic for walk- in patients during admin time/lunch,
