Pros

Good benefits that extend to family members

Cons

BEWARE of Bon Secours or any other company using SURCH. They strip nurses and therapists of their responsibility to decide who needs to be treated, their frequency and duration. They have converted all therapists into assistants. All nurses into CNAs.

Pros

There is education reimbursement. The pay is great considering the small town that I live in. Upper management actually listens to the employees and do what needs to be done to resolve issues.

Cons

Immediate supervisors need to listen more to their employees. The hiring process could be done quicker. Training should be done differently. Every new employee should be given a training manual with everything they need to know about the job they are performing in it.
