      Because of my experience, they offered me a relocation package that was out of this world.

      Management Prejudice Claim to be a Christian organization, have prayer before a meeting but will cuss you out right after.

      Strong local presence so many opportunities in city. work is not difficult so can work on other things at the same time such as other jobs or school

      Cons

      Management doesn't want to hear issues. Rather you are asked to help sweep major problems under the rug but not really work to improve.

      Great mission Part of the St. Francis Health System Great benefits Co-workers/Volunteers supportive of each other Loved working directly with patients Loved working in a place where you can speak freely of God

      Upper management did not follow the mission nor care for employees Secret promotions No room for growth professionally You can get fired for anything even if you worked for the company for several years
