Pros

Great coworkers (includes MDs!) and hospital admin is decent.

Cons

Health insurance is very expensive. Some of the hospital rules do not make sense.

Pros

There are very few places in Northern Virginia for pediatric therapy for children with disabilities. Chesapeake had ST, OT and PT therapy in one place, nice therapists and centric location, nice flexibility of schedule and room for improvement

Cons

The director doesn't have the business experience which leads to a poor management, there are frequent changes in logistics, the pay is below average, the company doesn't have the software tools necessary for the therapists and there are excessive reporting to be completed by the therapists that is unnecessary. Holidays change every year and there is no communication between the therapists and the admin staff.

Pros

The staff at St. Anthony's Community Hospital consist of many talented individuals. It's a small hospital in a rural setting. If you want to be part of a successful team and have co-workers that are your second family, this is the place to work.

Cons

Non profit organization, non Union, lower wages then competitors.
