Pros

They live by one very simple mission: Be Good Help to those in Need, and that's exactly what they do. Benefits are excellent, as is compensation.

Cons

I work within the EMR sector of the company, and we are almost always asked to meet nearly impossible deadlines. The need for improved pt satisfaction also sometimes trumps the needs of clinicians.
