      Pros

      I have been please to work in four different positions within the company. The daycare was one of many reasons I have stayed 20+ years.

      Cons

      As with all businesses, there are those that seem to get away with bad behavior while others do not. This is difficult to process at times when comparing to the values of the organization.Processes are very cumbersome and slow.

      Many of the Registered Nurses are knowledgable and provide good patient care. Time is money in an OR,so earnings are lucrative.

      The bitterness and the bullies in some of the OR Staff.
