      Pros

      Great Company with great benefits and is a faith based Catholic Health Care Organization that stays true to the mission. Opportunities seem to be endless with Bon Secours and I am fortunate to work in this organization.

      Cons

      Sometimes not an early adopter of emerging technologies and very structured to the point of it being a fault. But overall they are awesome to work with.
