Pros

Co workers were amazing. Staff always worked together. I never felt alone on the floor caring for patients. Self scheduling was awesome.

Cons

Upper management is unrealistic. Many of the old nurses forgot how it is in the real world (on the floors). Nurses often feel unappreciated and over worked.
