Pros

Great opportunities for early careerists. Excellent health and work life benefits. Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Very strong leadership and collaborative decision making.

Cons

Highly matrixed organizational structure sometimes leads to lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities. Also, local systems are not always aligned with corporate office. Geographic spread and differences in service line mixes sometimes create silos within the company.

Pros

The people at ground level are good at what they do, care for the patients and others, and genuinely try to do their best everyday.

Cons

Management is not trustworthy, they say are not doing certain things yesterday, but end up doing those things they had just denied on the next day. They are focused on making money and making more money, even at the expense of the employees/patients.
