      Good benefits,discounted lunch,mostly nice people.Good healthcare.Weekends off.Luncheons(free lunch).Patients.Volunteers.Discounts at various stores/services.

      Cons

      No room for promotion.Salary not based on education.Management(where I worked).Cliques in management."Volunteering" to get a better position within the company

      Pros

      I worked with a great group of medical professionals in a busy physician practice. The physicians were, for the most part, amazing to work with and appreciated their staff. I learned a lot working for this cardiology group!
