      good pay, benefits, most co-workers are great to work with, friendly environment

      no accountability, favortitism, hours aren't great, management puts too much pressure on employees to meet expectations when they are given no incentives to meet them

      Pros

      Bon Secours provides a strong culture and mission. The employees of the company have a strong work ethic and go above and beyond their job description duties to care for patients. The organization develops a strong team culture and most people buy into it which allows for collaboration and participation by all levels.

      Cons

      Senior management is sometimes unaware of the struggles that unattainable "stretch" goals have on the stress levels of department level staff and managers. Constant hiring freezes puts additional pressure on the teams that are already stretched pretty thin.
