      Great mission Part of the St. Francis Health System Great benefits Co-workers/Volunteers supportive of each other Loved working directly with patients Loved working in a place where you can speak freely of God

      Upper management did not follow the mission nor care for employees Secret promotions No room for growth professionally You can get fired for anything even if you worked for the company for several years

      Clean organized hospital, beautiful. Lovely garden and cafeteria

      Cons

      You have to pretend you want to be here - or else they get rid of you. Its called "engagement" They coerce you saying you like being her for gallup - all goes for their bottom dollar - beware.
