Pros

Fairy descent place to work if you are at Eastside. No exposure to the downtown hospital. Has a community feel with the support of a larger hospital.

Cons

Schedule is in a transition and the communication about the transition is poor. Mercy health merger/take over is seen in a poor light. Mercy is sure their way is the only way. Many employees are not happy with this change.

Cons

Since "merging" with Mercy, they are more concerned about the bottom dollar not employee satisfaction. Low paying positions and do not compensate loyal employees.
