      Some genuinely good clinical folks but they are taught to keep quiet.

      Cons

      They only promote “alpha” =obnoxious, pushy, control freak females who are self promoters and could care less about there people. They think all men are dopes.

      Their many hospitals allow you to relocate if necessary

      Cons

      Our unit is always understaffed. Patients can’t be properly taken care of with 3 nurses on a 14-16 bed unit. Managers don’t respond to anything employees have to say and they treat employees like slaves. Most management has never worked on the floor so they have no idea
