Pros

Good benefits, slower pace, mostly great people. Tuition reimbursement, earn 900 for participating in health initiatives.

Cons

Non profit so lower salaries and slower raises.

Pros

Great work to life balance. Mon-Fri 8-5pm. Great pay and my personal management was top notch, professional, and kind. All the tools needed to perform my job.

Cons

Many decisions are being made at enterprise level limiting local market, they don't listen to what we actually need and make decisions that are best for the company, removing ability to adjust things in local market and also bonuses and raises were delayed because of not meeting goals, yet the ceo and upper management take trips to Europe. I was also hired one day after cutoff date which resulted in me not getting a raise or bonus the first year. This was a gray area that I asked about before being hired, I felt they pulled a fast one on me. Keep in mind it was a decision made at corporate level, not local. If it was local, my manager was top notch, and I trusted the individual with my career path.
