Benefits for part time employees: medical insurance, paid time off, dental, vision, retirement, sick days, family assistance. Day care available

Cons

Benefits cost a lot more for part time employees vs full time employees. No weekend pay for PTO. cost of daycare is VERY EXPENSIVE.

Work environment is very friendly and the coworkers feel like a family. I am cross-trained in many different areas and I love the opportunities I have to grow here. It's a very fast-paced environment with many patients of all walks of life.

Cons

With any job where you wear many hats, you can feel underpaid at times. The EMR system changed recently but they gave adequate training to help us learn the system.
