Everyone has each others backs. Bonchon is about working as a team. Working as a server is one of the best jobs you can have with few qualifications. Flexible hours!

Cons

However, the Bonchon store I worked with did not have great management and next to no training program. Also, we didn't get beer for over a year which is a huge loss for the store and for customers.

Owners are pretty stingy so they try to cut all costs possible, including inventory, expenses for store upkeep, and not once offered a single raise to any employee ever, whether upper level or lower
