Pros

The company genuinely values its employees, offering a healthy wfh balance. Benefits are quite competitive and in line with industry standards.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities are very limited at least in my office, and it’s possible to remain in the same role for several years without promotion. Even when promoted internally, salary increases tend to fall below industry benchmarks. Additionally, following the post-COVID layoffs, the workload has grown substantially, with employees frequently expected to take on responsibilities outside their original roles.

Global Impact & Reach Career Growth & Learning Compensation & Benefits Mission-Driven Work

Cons

Large organization. Being part of a big company can mean slower decision-making and more layers of approval.

Thank you for looking back on the time you have worked for our company in Poland. It is good to hear that the opportunity to work fully remote was convenient for you and that you also considered the compensation offered and the hotel discounts a plus. We wish you all the best on your next adventure. The Booking.com team
