Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.

- Technical freedom - Good salary - Benefits - Flexible if you have appointments etc - Hybrid working policy (2x/wk office)

Cons

- Said tech freedom led some previous developers to not follow best practices - Salesforce teams get left behind company engineering practices - Individualistic instead of team-forward approach (depends on team)
