Pros

Very good working conditions in the office (modern, spacious, well eqipped kitchen), flexi working hours, business trips have good budget, we travel around 50%

Cons

Low salaries in comparison to other sales jobs on the market (even hotels pay pretty similar while they earn much less than B.com), no car, no multisport, lack of real opportunities to get a higher position
