Dynamic company, great team, it still has the start up spirit, leading technology trends in use , good opportunity for technical learning

Cons

People management can be improved, program management is relatively a new role in Booking, will need to be established as a craft.

Pros

Truly multi-cultural, inclusive company culture. I feel welcomed by my team and my colleagues. Open communication, flat organization structure. New technologies are in use, migration to the leading edge tools are in progress.

Cons

There seems to be a high staff turn-over, impacting the teams and projects. This also creates stress with the team members. It still feels like a start up company from management point of view even though it is a big company.
