      Great pay around $40/hour Flexible remote schedule

      Cons

      Very few US minorities work here. Use of international team in the Philippines. The time zone difference causes you to have to work odd hours to meet with team members in the Philippines. There is also a language barrier at times.

      Working remotely and very flexible schedule. The atmosphere is awesome. If you want to grow, there are many opportunities to do so. Oversight is amazing and very understanding.
